At the Karen Society of Buffalo (KSB), we offer a variety of programs that support, empower, and celebrate our community from youngest to oldest and help preserve our cultural heritage. Whether you are a youth looking to strengthen your education and identity, an elder seeking connection and support, or a family wanting to stay active and engaged, our programs are designed to build community, confidence, and belonging.
Our Core Programs
Youth Program
After school and summer enrichment with academic support, Karen language instruction, cultural education, life skills, and community building.
Soccer Program
Fun, inclusive sports opportunities for children and youth, we believe every child deserves a chance to play, regardless of background or income.
Golden Star Senior Programs
Mental health and wellness services, educational workshops, social activities, and intergenerational connection opportunities for older community members.
Culturally Specific DV Services
Tailored services to meet the needs of our community members, including social support, cultural preservation, and resources for family well being.
